We want you to love your Rifle Paper Co. products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized items, final sale products, and wallpaper are not eligible for return.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Pack Your Items

Carefully package your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely and are protected from damage during transit.

Ship and Refund

Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
